OVERVIEW This website is operated by T3 Curated Designs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to T3 Curated Designs. T3 Curated Designs offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 1 - ORDERING, DELIVERY, AND SHIPPING All orders are made to order and require full payment at checkout. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

T3 Curated Designs offers both shipping and local delivery options for fulfillment. At checkout, customers can select their preferred method based on availability. Local delivery is available within designated areas which may change seasonally or based on demand.

As a small business, we do not maintain a live inventory of every product available. In many cases, we source blank apparel and materials from distributors after orders are placed. As such, turnaround times for all orders range from 5–10 business days, which includes an estimated 1–2 business days for order processing, 3–5 business days for sourcing and production, and 1–3 business days for delivery. Turnaround times are estimated and not guaranteed. Shipping and/or delivery delays may occur during high-volume periods, supply chain disruptions, or due to third-party carrier issues.

Please note: Shipping may not be available for certain items or for select special/private collections. These collections may be eligible for local delivery or pickup only. Availability will be clearly indicated on applicable product or collection pages.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders due to:

  • Inventory errors

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

Orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.

SECTION 2 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS All custom-designed products are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To start a return, contact us at t3curateddesigns@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.

We require photo proof of damage, defect, or incorrect items to investigate and offer a resolution. Returns are not accepted for custom items unless the issue is due to our production error.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT ACCURACY AND CUSTOMIZATION We strive to accurately represent all product details, including images and color. However, variations may occur based on screen settings and printing method.

All products are printed using DTF (Direct-to-Film), HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl), or Sublimation. Slight variations in placement, color, or finish may occur due to the handmade and custom nature of our items.

If you add personalization (e.g., name or number), you are responsible for entering the correct information at checkout. We do not offer refunds for errors made during ordering unless the error was made by us.

SECTION 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, branding, and content on our website are the exclusive property of T3 Curated Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.

SECTION 5 - TERMS OF SERVICE The remaining Shopify Terms of Service apply as written above, including sections related to:

  • Age and legal use

  • Account accuracy and billing

  • Prohibited conduct

  • Limitation of liability

  • Ownership of content and user feedback
