Shipping policy

At T3 Curated Designs, we offer both shipping and local delivery options to make it as convenient as possible for you to receive your custom-designed products.

Processing & Turnaround Time

All items are made to order, and we do not maintain an active inventory of every product. Materials and blanks are sourced after your order is placed.

Estimated turnaround time is 5–10 business days, which includes:

  • 1–2 business days for order processing

  • 3–5 business days for sourcing and production

  • 1–3 business days for delivery or shipment

Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, supplier delays, and overall order volume.

Please Note: Orders placed for items in team, event, or private collections may require additional processing time due to the exclusive nature of these products. These offerings are often unique to a specific group or organization and typically include customizations that require sourcing special product blanks not kept in regular stock. Because of this, turnaround times may be extended by an additional 2–4 business days beyond our standard estimates.

Shipping

We offer standard shipping within the United States via third-party carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier service selected at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.

Please note:

  • T3 Curated Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • Shipping is not available for certain items or exclusive/private collections. These products will be labeled as "local delivery only" where applicable.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for select regions and is offered as an option during checkout if your address qualifies.

  • Local deliveries are fulfilled within the standard 5–10 business day turnaround window.

  • You will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery.

In-person pickup is not offered by default; however, on some occasions or for special collections, we may offer in-person pickup or local delivery to a designated team or individual. These options will be clearly communicated when applicable.

Shipping Issues & Delays

Shipping and/or delivery delays may occur during:

  • High-volume seasons (e.g., holidays)

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Unexpected carrier delays
