Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order, and we're committed to making things right if any issues arise.

Any goods purchased from T³ Curated Designs can only be returned or refunded in accordance with this Return Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Returns

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a solution such as a replacement or refund after reviewing clear, well-lit photos of the issue.

To start a return, you can either:

  • Contact us directly at t3curateddesigns@gmail.com, or
  • Use our self-serve return process by logging into your customer account and following the instructions below.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Submit a Self-Serve Return Request

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or the following link: Request a return.
  2. Log in to your account:
    • In the Email field, enter your email address, then click Continue.
    • Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
    • Return to the store and enter the code.
  3. Click Request return for the order you want to submit.
  4. If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) you want to return.
  5. Choose a return reason and add any notes for us.
  6. Click Request return to submit.

If your return is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and a shipping label. After the product is returned and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since all items are custom-designed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as, but not limited to, wrong size selection, change of mind, or incorrect information submitted during ordering. 

Furthermore, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Note
Customization methods include DTF (Direct-to-Film), HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl), and Sublimation, and minor design variations may occur.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
